We often have guests at Finca Pereila who are also looking for their dream home and a new life in the sunny South of Spain. The pandemic, high energy prices, sky-high house prices in Northern Europe. The hustle and bustle make the more relaxed life in Southern Spain more attractive.
Now with more and more people being able to predominantly work online, this is a dream becoming attainable to many more people, take the first step to a new adventure with us. Of course we understand this very well and with our own experiences and our work experience in real estate we can help you with your search. We have both worked in real estate on the coast and we both have a preference for inland houses. We know the environment, we speak the languages, we have the right contacts, we know the procedures and the legislation.

David has a technical background and a lot of experience with installations and renovations, so he can give good advice with regard to sustainable renovations and installations. Birgit speaks several languages, is a good listener and has an eye for beauty and architecture. By listening carefully to your wishes and putting them first, they have already made a number of customers happy by finding their dream home; together they are the perfect team!
You can stay with us as a guest in the finca and come with us househunting at the same time. Because you have intensive and personal contact with us during your stay, we can respond even better to your wishes and it is of course practical to have very direct contact with your purchasing broker.
When you buy a home with us, your stay will be for free and we donate 2.5% of our commission to a charity of your choice: the donkey shelter or the pig shelter, both in Mijas. Since we are very busy with the B&B in the summer, it is better to come house hunting with us in the mid- and low season.
